I thought I read somewhere in this thread that someone around here does porting/coating. Is that the case? I have an exhaust mani I need ported/coated and I'd rather not send it off - I was also just considering taking it to pro machine but I don't have any gaskets yet to have it matched...Do I even want to gasket match it? I'd imagine I would. So basically my alternative is buy the gaskets and then take it to pro machine and then the HPC coater out here, but I'd rather pay one of you guys if you do that sorta thing too.

Has anyone read up on that new GT850R turbo from AMS thats coming out soon? its pretty sweet, the thread i think is called "New GT35R Killer Turbo-GT850R" if you havent checked it out yet, you should take a look haha.

 

yo when you figure this out let me know and mine didn't start throwing the codes until I put in the twin plate so maybe the clutch is transfering engine vibration?

btw did you do the one table mod to get rid of throttle hang? I did and it works out just great but when its cold outside sometimes u get that cold start and maybe that could make my p0300 pop back on sometimes?

Aaaaaaaah I think I'd probably do a full race twin scrolled 30r and don't know exactly what I would do liter wise maybe 2.2l or stay 2.0l

I'm just a sucker for how beautiful the full race kits look

 

Jason (Fairclough) is the one who does or knows someone who ports and polishes and he would probably give you good deal on what every you do too.

 

I'm waiting for the HTA green as well- rumor as it that it is suppost to be less expensive than the current green, spool faster and flow just as much air
i love the full-race kits too! thats what i was picturing: twin-scroll with vertical IC is just plain SICK!!!! either an HTA35R or the new "35r Killer" would be rediculous bolted to the full-race set-up!!!
Buy my poor-broke a$$ is going to go with the HTA green as long as I'm on the stock block, which will have to be until my car is paid off... I'd get one now but i'm waiting until the end of summer incase i blow up my 6 speed at the track then a stage-3 5 speed is going in
