Utah Evos
Havent had much time to get on here since I got back to Nebraska. I got about 200 miles from SLC on I80 when I threw a rod in the Blazer. My bike was in the back and I had to have the tail gate down, so I sat threw 2 blizzards with wind blowing directly into the cab of the truck for 20 1/2 hours by the time my parents got there to pick me up and put the blazer on the flat bed. Started a fire in a metal can at my feet, my dog on my lap, and two blankets wrapped over us like a tent in the passenger seat. Very dissappointed that not even one highway patrol stopped to check to see if anyone was in the vehicle (bike sticking out the back) when the weather turned to ****.
Yeah, I had my tranny out 4 or 5 times. That was the first time I had ever done a tranny that sits like a FWD vehicle. I had only done V8's before. First time was a *****, but the rest of the times it went quick. Its still a PITA, but its doable by yourself.
Depends, can I have one for my bike
Dude, seriously I would take a V-spec II Nur over a Cuda any day of the week!! That is my dream car!!! Where can I find it, so I can steal it, drive it, *** on it, then detail, and then return it?!?!?!
Aww come on now, Jake.. Stock summer tires + track + rain/snow = hellova drift!!!!

+1 on the Evo crowd. Exactly why Im still around
The *** end on the X's is still fugly regardless of lights, but yes manufacturers keep making fugly lights on alot of vehicles.
Im Ryan, but most people just use my last name, so Nelson
Maybe its the redneck in me, but I got the perfect sticker for ya! I got grey, OD green, and desert tan duct tape that would go real good.

Some one want to do a design for a Sticker? I have a friend with a Vinyl machine and can cut and do them all for cheap if everyone is Down
FAST AND FURIOUS WAS GOOD

and Riced around with another Skyline and Sylvia friends
Man we had so many people following us and Taking pics

So I may make the BBQ, with the way weather is looking for tomorrow at the track I don't know if I will be going, driving in stock summer tires in near freezing weather, with a good chance of rain and snow =
. I'll still be out there Sunday to instruct though.
Jason and I designed some cool things back in the day. He may still have copies of it (well, I guess it was mostly Jason that designed em). I'd even rock the stickers just to confuse the hell out of everyone. Plus the Evo crowd is far cooler than the Suby crowd... Most of the time.
OB is my favorite color of the Xs, followed by the red. You need the RA tails though before your car can truly look good in my eyes (just like how my car needs overlays before it can truly look good.) What's with companies making ulgy tail lights on their cool cars?

Really nice for a fwd cheap car. I would describe it as a fwd toned down Evo or STi. Decent power, braking, and handling, but not too much of it that a 16 year old would get into lots of trouble with it

I told you guys it sounded like it was going to be lame. The s2k meet isn't really technically a meet, we just sit around Starbucks and talk about all sorts of stuff, and we all just happen to be into cars. It's a lot of fun though, great group of people. Euclid goes too.
Autocrossed it twice today for kicks. First run/launch sucked real bad, had no idea what I was doing. Turned off traction control (and a bunch of other fancy computer stuff). Got at least a foot mark with all 4 tires on the launch (2.5l torque ftmfw!) and had a decent run for my second time in something like 4 years. It'd been so long since I autocrossed. Didn't get the car on track though, my student was too newbie, thankfully I got to trash her car for a few laps mid-day for a "line refresher."

Understeer.... It's an STi, not an Evo

you should do it Jake Looks like it was a good day today. Sounds like the track wasnt bad ether then
Saw a few evos show up to the dsm meet at sugar house park today. We left for a bit to get food and when we got back they had left. I'm guessing they thought everyone was leaving. Sorry if that was the case. We ended up coming back and hanging out for a couple of hours after.
