Okay, but seriously: yes. that's actually more than fine by Utah laws because of the other part below the 16-17 note... which basically states this:
Anyone 14-15 can be considered consenting and legal as long as the actor is within 4 years of age... So... as sick as it is, an 18 yr-old could be with a 14 yr-old.

car update vesko had his guy at shop yank off a evo 9 outlet pipe off a engine on hoist for me and I'll have it at 7pm tonight when the slc shuttle gets back. Here in a few I'm going to disconnect the licp and take off the evo 8 outlet pipe so I can slap the other one on. Only 5hrs or so and evo will be running

I also would come up to slc this weekend cuz my friends sister called me and wants me to come up there for my buddy's bday but I gotta hit vegas for the 1/4mile and get another clutch in the car. Kinda bums me out cuz the sister calling me must mean the bf is outta town or there not getting along and I'll be in vegas
