Whenever I have time, I was going to paint my headlights, tails, and intercooler black as well. I started on the interior, but been too busy since our unit is getting inspected and it has been fricken crazy around here.

It's the bolt that hold the turbine housing clamp (I decided to go the route of removing the turbine housing with the O2 still attached). Anyway, now to my question. Anyone know where I can get a new one of those bolts?? If it was a regular bolt, I'd just go to home depot but it is kind of got a square part on one side to keep it from turning when you are tightening the bolt. Thanks for the help.
It's not to bad really but it is easier when you pull the radiator so you have more room, now my biggest pain in the *** I had to deal with was the o2 wouldn't come out of the stock housing so I couldn't get the shield off so I cut the shield with some snips and pulled the shield up and it kinda scuffed up my radiator a lil then had to put some heat to the o2 housing so I could get the o2 out.

So you could find that bolt probably easier at ace hardware they always have the good hardened steel bolts and alot more stuff then home depot. Or you could pay more and wait probably days if you were to order from mitsu

if you or anyone ****es up any exhaust manifold studs I've got a handful extra

I'll try Ace Hardware.

I did take the radiator out. I had the same problem with the O2 sensor not wanting to budge. That's why i decided to take the entire hotside out with the O2 housing attatched so I would be able to get on the O2 sensor without ****ing something up. I sprayed WD-40 on ALL the manifold studs and bolts and all came out just fine. The only one I sheared was the turbine clamp bolt.

I ported my new O2 housing last night with a dremmel. Looks pretty good. I bought the Ebay O2 housing and everyone says to enlarge the hole connecting the wastegate side to the regular exhaust or else you get boost creep so I did that. Took about 30 min. Some people like to get parts that are ready to install and don't need extra work. But when you get the O2 housing brand new for $38 shipped, 30 minutes of grinding is fine with me.

I should have everything installed by this weekend and maybe throw on the AEM and start tuning. Should be fun.

Another question. How do you get the donut gasket off the O2 housing without destroying it so I can use it on the new O2 housing or do I just have to get a new one?

use a screw driver and be careful, **** when we put my car back together last weekend mine was mia there's just that one metal washer ring dilly that was on the o2 housing. So one of my friends must've misplaced it somewhere and I forgot about it until now you bringing it up. It's not leaking right now but **** I need a donut gasket and if you do mess yours up just get oem

so anyone have an extra one?
