Yea dad had a 03 m5 charcol grey when they were new, all slammed on some nice wheels with just an exhaust n intake system. I've always loved those and now its nice there getting down in my price range.

 

I saw I a red M5 on the freeway not to long ago. It was so HOT!!! I don't really care much for the new M5, but I love the older ones. If you decide to get one post up some pics.

I'm looking already for one. Since I got injured I'm sure the insurance is already thinking of throwing some low *** settlement at me. I do want everything off the evo to sell. I also have some goodies in my garage to sell.

It's just a waiting game now I'm not jumping for a lawyer but I will tell them that soon, see if I can light a fire under their asses

 

Yeah, a lawyer might be the way to go, but i have heard that it can take months if not years to go that way. I don't know if i'd call one of the ambulance chasing guys if you need one, though. I'd see if you can get some recommendation from someone you know. Perhaps there is a way to get a fair settlement in a timely manner. Not sure, only have had to deal with property damage, not injury.

I got a call from the guy that hit me insurance this morning (State Farm) and she said there investigating this and asked if I had a few moments to talk about the accident. I replied "No I do not, I've already have taken a recoreded statement with your company and my insurance company!" I told her that if she wants anymore information then look there or read the police reports

I'm doing physcial therapy and my black eyes are fading away I know I'll be better just dont know when. It's uncomfortable sitting/driving my back is buggin along with my neck shoulders n headaches.

I agree on the lawyer thing I don't want to wait 6 months to years to get compinsated and I told State Farm I have consulted with a lawyer and need to be compensated for my personal property, the vehicle, medical etc..

Lady told me that she was going to contact my insurance and I gave her the info to do so and she was going to be calling me back, there probably trying to figure out what kind of low ball settlement they can throw at me

dude, you need to call Keith Barton (or someone similar) and retain them right now. the accident wasn't your fault, you were injured, your car was totaled, and the insurance companies are still trying to come to you directly. with a retained lawyer, you can direct all parties to call your lawyer directly. state farm will not take you seriously until you do that.

 

Well I've got in the garage at home right now some parts that I can sell now, the stuff on the car well don't know when I'll get that in my hands.

I don't have a picture of the LICP handy, I was going to put it on my car. I want to get rid of the uicp/licp/ and mini battery all together. Battery just needs a tray. This is stuff I bought from someone when I got my wheels, the hard pipe kit is just like buschur's but didn't come with their name on the box. I've got lots of red silicon and t-bolt clamps, with the silicon you could prob do two more cars.

I also Have a Hallman rx pro incabin mbc & a greddy full auto turbo timer and harness but I'm not sure I will part with those yet just in case I end up with a ix evo.

 

I got a phone number for Brad Harr wich I think used to work for Keith or a firm like it and he is here locally in St George. I am starting to get perturbed, so I'm doing lawyer research right now. I called Farmers and let them know State Farm was coming at me this morning and right now they need to get on this and take care of it asap that I consulted with a few lawyers and ready to do what I have to.

Hope that gets things moving cuz this is bull****, I want my parts off the car and be on the way to the bank purchasing a new one.

 

wesside: i'm mostly interested in the invidia exhaust and dp and the mbc. what kind of prices are you wanting?

i know you have to wait to get them off the car first though.

 

Regardless if you get a lawyer and get stuff fowarded to him or not I highly suggest keeping a very detailed logbook of when and who called you and why. I'd also time stamp it very precisely. As you're now taking apart your totaled car, I'd also suggest a highly accurate logbook there. Sometimes a logbook comes to naught, but sometimes it helps show the amount of interest you've got to get stuff taken care of.

K thank you I've already started working on logging everything. I also have gathered up receipts for over $6,000 in parts and thats not including labor and tuning that I've spent

 

O the invidia Was great stuff & I loved the sound of it.

The dp & cb got on the car in november I paid over $700 for both but we could come up with something lower then that obviously.
The mbc I'd like to get $120 out of.
