yah i rolled my evo and thought it was going to be totalled and ended up having it repaired and it ended up being as good or better than new because they let me do a lot of stuff aftermarket in the repair process like a jdm rear bumper, evo ix front bumper, jdm tail lights. look at it on the bright side. you could get like a jdm rear bumper, cf trunk, new suspension parts and the whole deal. plus you can file for a diminished value claim and get a good deal of money out of the person that hit you for the diminished value of your car. i would actually be happy to have it not totalled if i were you.

How do I go about this diminshed value claim?

I just called my buddy at the mistu dealership I've known him for probably 15yrs and the body shop in cedar is going to be getting oem parts from him and I told him to get me a jdm ix rear bumper. What else should I ask for on the rear end? Mr or ix tail lights? The body shop is going to install for me licp, my mbc, and the turbo timer. Right now I cannot physcially be wrenching on stuff so this is actually not to bad.

The ****tiest thing about not getting the car back is well the car and the suspension. So flick maybe you can get a ride and reflash my ecu for the goodies.

talk to your insurance agent about diminished value and if he doesnt know anything go online and look it up. if i were you i would get a cf trunk, maybe ix tail lights and jdm ix rear bumper. i dont know what else needs replacing though its just a thought.
