Utah Evos
Impetus was getting rear ended by a noob in his very first race during the MPRA race, but that's not the primary reason.
After running 44+ days at MMP last year, I realized after running it just 3 times this year that running the same track every single weekend is boring. I miss the variety of tracks Jake and I used to run and that I ran when the car was garaged in CA.
I don't want to garage the car in CA, because I just don't want to deal with the pain and frustration of having people work on the car.
I want to race in a competitive series with competitent, well-qualified drivers. My experience with Skip Barber (other than Mikey
) has been very positive. Cost to run a full season with them is about $20k, which is VERY cheap considering that includes tires, gas, car rental, entry fee, etc.Selling the car is like parting with a child.
I've put a lot of attention and expense into building it. I think it's the right time for me to move on to something else though.-MSM
ps Mikey, just kidding you. Actually you're very much the kind of driver I like being on track with. Going 4 wide down the front straight at MMP was a blast.
That's what I was trying to say, what day? That car has been out there 2-3 times in the past 2 week. More than likely it will be out again this week, we are developing a plethora of new parts on that car. They did have a resent power steering explosion, that might be what you are worried about?
Do you need all-seasons, or summer tires Mike?
Anyway, I'm asking 25.5k obo as-is (meaning everything on it is included, instead of doing a part-out). And in case someone asks, it has roughly 50k miles on it.
