It was my third day in the Evolution. I threw quite a bit of camber in the front, and was fighting to get used to oversteer for the first time ever. Plus Adam was on some slick take-offs and was proving difficult to hang with without beating the **** out of my A048's!

I'd rather not work on your car. Nothing personal, but every hobby that i end up getting paid for ends up my former hobby. Rather not have that happen with road racing. Plus i am otherwise gainfully employed, and just do this for fun. I wonder if the guys at Solid would be interested. No experience with them myself (other than them being nice guys) but I know they do work on stuff.

EBay manifold causes fire at MMP...Driver says, "I got the fire out, but I still can't keep up with Evo's!" Story at eleven.

I know you can adjust camber up front with camber plates on the Evo, but what about in the back? Does the Evo have any adjustability from the factory or do ppl not even worry about it? I should probably search huh..

In case anyone was wondering, I'm sitting in the Phoenix airport again on the way home form my race. Overall we had a pretty good weekend being this was my first time on this motor and first time ever running this series. Friday it rained all day so all our practice was in the wet which kind of screwed us for getting the motor tuned like we needed too. Yesterday we had qualifying which we really screwed up. I missed qualifying and only got one lap in which my time was good enough for around 35th of 40. In the heats I had to start 22nd in both of them because we get sorted by groups. Then it goes group a vs. b b vs. c and a vs. c. Anyway I made it up to 8th in both heats which set me up for a good starting spot in the mains today...8th. In the first main this morning I was up to 3rd close to getting the lead when my cart started handling and the motor started running like crap. I went back to 7th, not that bad but whatever. In the second main I was up from 8th into 5th on the second lap. I got put into the grass and moved back to around 25th. By lap 12 of 18 me and another kid had moved up to 10th and 12th. We were coming around a high speed left hander when he tried to go to the inside 3 wide. He got pushed over the curb and hopped into the air then as I came along right behind them he landed on my back left. I did a 180 and hit a tire barrier backward at about 60mph. This is when the no seatbelt effect kicks in and I ended up 50 ft. away from my kart landing on my head. Didn't get back going obviously but we were happy with how things went aside the last race and had a lot of fun.

SEARCH!!! Lol. I would do the same thing searching takes so long...

The rear is multi-link independant, more like a honda. No camber plates there, but there are concentric bolts where the control arms mount to the body which are used for camber changes. I know they are good for at least 3*, not sure how much more, but when would you need more? Maybe in drag racing or dyno comparisons, not too familiar with either of those....

Erich's FickerFlashes are now FREE everyone!!! As long as it is generic enough I'm sure Paul or Noah could do it, they told me they couldn't do serious work (and wouldn't) on anything non-Evo/WRX but they did do that bit of work on the Ariel Atom etc.

1. The guy who said he's looking at JRZ's doesn't know how to adjust the rear suspension.

2. Car's from "The Orem Crew" will always catch fire, blow up motors, or run into trees. It's not safe or cheap to own a 'super-sweet-bro' ride down there. I barely got out unscathed.

3. Fick:

A. Don't compare your scooters to cars
B. Don't lecture us on your "I hate ruining my 'fun-time' by turning it into work" crap.
C. Don't blame being slow on tires or self-imposed alignment settings.

Slutbag! Good to see you show up for your one-liners! Lol. Adam was faster, no excuses. I had fun with my off-throttle induced power-slides. I just wish there were a little less often. Good entertainment for anyone behind me though.

Yeah, i saw your STi out there on Thursday. The one with the clocks all over it. It looked like it only took like 4 laps, then started smoking and pitted in. What happened?

Oh, so its free for us non-Yay-hoos? You're stuck now Erich

Anyone know where I can get an Infinity? Do they have copyright problems with Nissan's Infiniti line? Oh well, I'll probably be there if I can get off work early. (and as long as they don't need me to come back like last time...) And we can all park illegally again!!! We need a good picture of the giant rows of car with the No Parking signs behind them...

Anyone who didn't come out should come out this time too, the hamburgers are good and it was a lot of fun seeing so many cars there (more than I have seen gather since GT Live in Cali, for sure) and talking to everyone.

Ya that's why we have the neck collars and helmets, I was actually really lucky I didn't break my leg because when I flew out I caught my thigh on the steering wheel, it actually hit it so hard it bent the steering shaft about 30 degrees.

And ya my dad usually drives them to wherever we are going.

Your right but the BIG diference is that the products I sell are built to my specifications using KW testing and suported with track results here. (the "robispec" KW varient 3 Clubsport (2800) has a larger pistion, different highspeed piston damping curve, different compression valve and valving range, larger diameter shaft and in generation IV better cooling with custom housings....) Even the Robispec street version (2100) has an updated piston and the correct spring rates...
I sell KW's due to the quality and KW WORK's with me to constantly improve their product. (I'm currently testing with them on s2K, sti,G35,350z, elise/exige and mx5 all generations.)...
coming to orem 23,and 24th be glad to talk to anyone soon.
