Utah Evos
Christian,
2. To clear it up for all, I was not questioning you, persay, as I've known you long enough to know that you directly saying the car would make XXX WHP on a dynojet is not your typically character. I was more or less questioning if you directly said it would make a certain power or if it was simply that the owner interpreted that as some real kind of correlation.

As for suspension, the KWs are fairly popular for S2Ks for those only wanting to spend $2,500 or so.
If it were me, I'd spend an extra $900 and get the Moton Club Sports. Vesko is installing the Moton Motor Sport tripple adjustables on Lara's car. The club sports are almost identical. Major difference is the number of steps of adjustment is cut in half. Range of adjustment is the same, but the number of stops is half.

Ben- Can you get these now?
Zack, I was pretty interested in trying out the road course, but with talk of swapping paint.... I don't know.
What's a good way to try out MMP without a good chance of screwing up my car from collisions?
This is just a hobby for me, so trying to beat everybody around a track is of little importance to me.

For the most part it is almost safer than Utah streets, especially in Provo!

[QUOTE=eficker;4196452]The Flex may be a great way to go. Even the twin tube flex were decent, now with mono-tube, i'll bet they will be pretty nice, Riley, probably a great way to go.

you would reccomend the tien flex's over the kw's? i dont know but i have never really been a fan of the tien's other than the super racings i have heard from people (i guess who dont really know what they are talking about) that the tiens arent good.

My custom valved Koni's (2812s) were as expensive as the club sports; with a much more limited range of adjustability. Relatively small changes in spring rates require a revalve. Not the case with the Motons.
Other potential concern with the Motons is frequency and cost of rebuild. What I was told and confirmed with a few people is that rebuild on the club sports should only be required every 2 to 3 years. About the same as any decent damper or even crappy one. Cost for service is only $600, which is $400 cheaper than the cost for my Konis. No idea what the cost is for KWs.
Erik,
If you are really interested in the Motons or another brand, JRZ, hit me up. I have a few emails and have been talking back and forth to both JRZ and Moton.
Wish I would have know some of you guys wanted this stuff before, We probably could have set up a group buy with Moton or JRZ and got a pretty good deal. (Cost them less money to make more at one time, then just one set for one person.)

Oh c'mon ... I'm, of course, completely kidding. I've driven a few Evos on track. I wouldn't trade my S2000 one. The S is way more fun!
I would trade my S2000 for an F2000 or F1000 though! A few of the guys that I've driven with when on track in CA have switched to F2000s. Big fun!

yeah i am being completely sarcastic. the evo was alright, but the s2k w/ boost is way more fun!
