The Job part I was very lucky to even get in. They only have 80 jobs and there is a list of people wanting to get in. My friend just happened to have a spot on his team open up so he asked me if i was interested. He said because it was someone on his team he could get me in.

Evos + snow = FUN
With Snow tires they are unstoppable. I drove my 4 every day this winter with my snow tires and loved it. so reliable and easy and fun to drive. Just don't try anything stupid with other cars around and with out practice. I personally like to practice the local Costco, Mall, and Church parking lots. I set up a little corse to practice drifting/ Rally diving. I have a bunch of Orange cones now from work that I can use this winter
