K Im drunk so i will check for sure in the morning but in the new 2009-2010 safety manual that i got at work said a missing "CAT" is an advise on state safety inspection. But it is still a fail on the visual inspection in the emissions tho so i think you will be ok

My evo liky the snow :-) play time, got side ways on the icy roof this morning the security patrol was all over me, said hey its almost impossible with this much power.

My evo no likey snow with RT615 tires..Let the clutch out with no throttle & they spin immediately

The farthest I make it is the golf course parking lot 500 ft down the road
