So does Chad do body work? I am pretty much 100% sure I am going to do it on My Evo 8 bumper. I am thinking of doing it really soon too. I am going to practice on Erics old bumper then do my new one

Damn and I was even actually up early this morning too which is super rare O well

 

My car needed to paint real bad, there was so much sun damage, so I was going to do it when I did that. Obviously that didnt go as I planned though.

Yeah I didnt go to bed last night. Just watched tv for 3 hours by the time I got home and had to get ready for work.

Dallin you've got plenty of time to paint the car right now since it's not running seriously though I just don't get it wtf...did you make a thread or do some searching on forums at all? something with harness/wires...did they swap some pins around or something haha no seriously did you check all the wires going into clips agaisnt the diagram? I think theres something colored coded you could look at? it's gotta be fixable...it came down to not being the stock ecu. Does the stock ecu get power to it when it's plugged in?

 

Alrighty guys, you ready for this?! I GOT RID OF THE EVO!!! I ended up trading it in on a 2008 Chev Duramax. I have another baby on the way and the evo just wasn't going to hold all the chitlins. The truck is gorgeous, but the evo is truly missed.

 

WTF!!! NOOOO!!!!! You had a 4 door...you can fit 2 car seats in the back!!! I have done it before.... Come on now, Evan. /sad

Yep I have checked all the pins in the wiring harness. I have a few different Diagrams of the colors of each wire and where they go. The only wire that was sliced into and fixed was the O2 for the AEM gauge. Other than that its everything is perfect It will still start with AEM but not with ether Stock ECU We tested continuity of each wire and Made sure all the sensors look okay. We do have a thread on it my Friend Nate Criddlen has it going as has been asking questions. Ecu does have power the car has Spark and Fuel it almost starts but just wont. I am just going to look for another AEM and Buy one. I was actually thinking about Repainting it yesterday because I am thinking of doing something Crazy or getting a Vinyl Wrap

Hell Ya D-max's are fast and have tons of power I can't wait for a Friend to make it out to Midnights soon. His Dmax should run a low 11 or make it into the 10's this year
