Dude, seriously, your questions were answered on utdsm...how many times do you have to ask.

True that. You could just fix the STI up it be sick. I just dont like them stock at all Stock Evos are not bad, but after all the work I've put into it I could never go back to a stock one

Timmay81, i happen to have some left over HKS blinker fluid from my last maintenance when i took it to japan 20$ obo

i will post a pic here in a few of how my mbc is hooked up, and im assuming its just the regular hallman pro spring. i had no boost cut before my o2 sensor spacer was put on my zaust.. now i have boost cut on stock solenoid and on mbc.. must be leak somewhere or my afr is all forked up now. i have an AEM UEGO wideband to match my AEM boost gauge just need a bung welded on. ordered MUSE upper and lower IC piping yesterday to upgrade with my Forge BOV. like i said im still new into the actual tuning and diagnosing problems. and hey im only 19 ;D haha. and BTW i cant seem to make more than 8lbs before i cut, so its really bothering me.. any ideas what im doing wrong? and no there are no restrictor pills in the boost line.

then of course the port on the turbo is capped off and the other line runs to the Wastegate

You never answered my question. How much were you boosting before it all went down to 8psi?

why would you cap off the turbo line? one goes from turbo, one goes from wastegate

I've got some free time this weekend if you wanna roll thru bountiful hood and I'll look at it

i was told to tap into the line between BOV and intake mani.. i had it ran between the WGA and the turbo with the same problem, and my boost psi before all this happened was around 11-12 psi. which i believe is the stock solenoid settings.

EDIT:
maybe i just have all this *** backwards. i dont know anybody else that drives boosted cars. they are all honda guys and maybe im misunderstanding some of these tutorials online on how to install my mbc. the one i read said if i hook it up inbetween BOV and intake mani i would have less spikes.

you sure that guage is good?

I cant tell from the pic but where is the other line hooked to? it should be going to your wastegate actuator. Another thing is ive been told to not have the boost controller mounted sideways needs to but vertical. But that is how my halman is hooked up and the lowest boost i get is 19lbs

if your only getting 8lbs either you have A. bad boost gauge, B- horrible leak or C- turbo is taking a dump

That def does not look right, i have been told you tee it in down by the turbo not your bov line to manifold. You can tee you boost gauge in off that line, but not the MBC.

^ i will disagree there ive been running my car tee'd into the same place all year and i can adjust my boost from 19-33lbs no issues

Just make sure the nipple off the side of the MBC is going to the wastegate. I plugged off the nipple thats right off the turbo on the hot charge pipe. left my factory solenoid plugged in but ran a line from 1 side to the other

Well i just installed it to run directly from the turbo to the nipple pointing towards the motor and the wastegate to the nipple pointing at the ground. and still gettingcut at 8psi. gauge is maybe a week old. where does your guys vacuum sit? mine stays around -16-18, i am going to have to say i have a bad leak somewhere.
evilbloodbrota i can stop by anytime this morning. if you even want to look at the pos, its just making me angry. haha and my solenoid is capped, i will try running a hose to both nipples.

The pic you have above is fine, the bottom nipple to vacuum and side nipple to wastegate. But like i said you probably want the mount the MBC vertical vs how you have it now.

my car reads 10-12 vac at idle but im cammed on 272's so im not sure if that makes a diff

can you hear any boost leaks? does it seem laggy? also what do you mean its getting Cut at 8lbs? Does the car start cutting out? may want to be carefull cause you could be running more boost than you think
