Do you floor it and it just hits 8psi and nothing else? Does it feel really slow? It should! Boost leak test that sucker.

 

With 1983 pages on this thread, there ought to be someone that is going to mmp Oct 18 for the time trials by the SCCA. It says intermediate and advanced only. I've never been to a Time Trial, but I have a SCCA National License. Please, anyone who knows about this event please PM me.

Cobb is a waste of money for evo's IMO.

Not saying its worthless. But considering the cost of the AP, even used, with a Cobb tune its going to at least run somewhere around 500 bucks. Ecuflash, cable, evoscan/mitsulogger, plus email tune = 320 bucks. I of course have a macbook so finding a pc laptop would have put me at around 600 if I had bought some used POS to log with. Thats where you came into the picture and helped me out.

To me it was just a matter of saving money.

 

Just saw on Cobb's website, the EVO 8/9 AP has been discontinued.... wonder why?
