They only problem i can see is that when they need the "core" for the warranty bein that it is an evo 8 tcase and yours is a 9

Sounds like my car almost, bought it from midway of all places. It had almost everything buschur racing but had stock injectors, stock fuel pump, stock clutch. I guess when they installed a new block the mechanic decided to switch all the fuel and clutch components and install on his evo. Your welcome ******* who ever you are. It only cost me $4000 to get the car working how it should but oh well it was worth every penny. Should have taken my TC while you were at it, little did you know it was built by TRE.

Anyways sorry to hear about your car, this sort of **** sucks.

If I were to keep the evo I was going to ditch the acd and convert my t-case to mechanical it would be a 30lb saving on weight too
