The O2 housing is new.

The downpipe and the exhaust were on the car when I bought it so I have no idea how many miles are on it or anything.

Are you willing to sell the downpipe alone? Also what part of town are you located in, and lastly, do you know what brand of catback you have, sizing, etc.

Qusteion for you utah guys. What do you recommend the spark plug gap for a stock car? I always noticed that my idle was a tad rough and when I pulled the plugs they were gapped at .035! I re-gapped them at 0.26 and they are BPR7EIX's. I used the search function and everyone has thier own opinions.

i really really want to go out to rmr and drag race to see what times i can run. what is the best way to do this like the midnight drags or something? anyways we should get together and have a drag day or something i think it would be fun seeing some of the faster cars in utah. i know there is a midnight drag next friday if anyone wants to do it. also is anyone going to the le mans race this weekend?

Yeah I regapped them to .026 and it seems to work fine. I will take the supra out as soon as I can get a downpipe made. Alot of local guys are busy. So as soon as I can get my hands on one then wotmcody will retune it and I will try to get as many passes in before I get kicked off for no cage.

well as long as everything goes well i will take my car out this friday midnights are cheap and easy to race at but the line is usually really long.....if you don't want to do that you could race on a normal night like street legal but you have to buy a membership for the year so just depends on what you wanna do.
there should be 3 of us out this friday if we all get our cars ready.

E85 is the ****!!!

Incase any of you were considering making the swap, DO IT!!!

I just got done tuning a friends car on it. Little back ground:
2G FWD DSM
STOCK MOTOR
FP2X cams
T67 with tubular manifold and 3.5" exhaust
all the supporting mods
255HP and 950cc injectors

Dumped in the fuel, rescaled the injectors appropriately. Did some lite throttle A/F ratio verification to ensure everything was cool. First run 19 PSI car runs perfect on the pumpgas map. Little smoother power even. 19 PSI on this car is ussually all it can run. Despite it not sounding that aggressive on boost, realize the car went 12.2@116mph on 91 octane and 19 PSI, so it's no slouch on the lower boost.

Anyway, on 19 PSI the injectors are at 95% duty cycle. Bumping up the base pressure lets us get enough head room to get the boost up to 25PSI. At this point, the injectors are back to 95%+ and the A/Fs aren't responding to changes in pulse width. While it's hard to say if it was te injectors going static or the pump running out of fuel, this is where we stopped.

Final results. Well, comparing the logs to when the car went 116mph, I feel safe in saying the car will do over 120mph the way it and well into the 11s. I'll go out on a limb and say it does 125+ mph though. The car didn't have the slightest amount of traction in 2nd even with stick tires and an LSD. Third was some good torque steer at 95mph. The car is stupid fast the way it sits.

Lastly, the fuel doesn't smell like butt-pie either. The E85 burns nice and sweet, smells like a good leaded fuel. Like comp 110...
