I have been trying to order this filter from your website...but i keep getting an error...whats going on?

 

I just ordered mine last night and I got the same thing, but then I checked out my account on their site and it said that the order is pending with it being the weekend and all. I also checked my email and I have a receipt of the order so I'm hoping that all is good. Check your account and your email.

I always get it, but the order still goes through. OScommerce is a buggy shopping cart

 

I apologize about the error message. There's been one other customer lately that we've been working with as to why the checkout error occurs. If the error does appear, do as mentioned above and check your inbox for order confirmation. About 99% of the time the error is... well... an error and the order processes as intended. The other 1% is a true error and the order did not go through. I would not attempt to repeat the order until you've confirmed the original one did not process. In this case, I don't see any orders heading out to the windy city. Feel free to give us a call if you'd like to place the order directly. Also, bear with us there as we're still sorting out the phone lines after our recent move

 

Hey guys...I just did my first cleaning this weekend on my filter....

? is how much or how little should I spray with the oil.

I just did a light covering top and bottom....tried to spray as evenly as I could...but it didn't seem like I put too much on....so my main concern is if I did enough....


Can you wonderful People at Works get back to me on this!!!!

It's more of a trial an error as all the applicators do not spray at the same rates nor does everyone utilize the same amount of force. I would start with just a few sprays, let is soak in and then check to see if there is any excess. If so, just dab a paper towel or something to absorb it.

I saw a few on Tuesday, but not sure if they're spoken for. If those are sold, then we're out for the time being. More are in production, but I've been told it will be at least a month or so.
