White Rabbit 20G Torque/HP Gains

What kind of gains can one expect from the White Rabbit 20G Turbo? I realize there are many factors that can impact gains, but let's say you have a 2005 Evo 8 with the Works TR-340 package vs. another 2005 Evo 8 with the TR-340 with the WR 20G Turbo upgrade?

Are we talking about 30-40HP with 93 octane, more or less...

Thank you.

I'd say more like 20-30whp. The power band is much wider, boost kicks in around 3k and pulls hardest around 6.5k. Add a Works o2 housing and you could get 40whp out of her. An evo 9 compressor housing could add a little bit too (not sure if they have flash for the bigger compressor housing).

20-30 WHP peak is reasonable on 93 0ctane (we even see it on 91) with greater differences higher up in the powerband. As mentioned, it's not a huge gain in peak output, but provides a much wider power delivery.

The question with the a 9 TME and the WR never seems to stop. Here's a post you can read.

I have personally seen 3 different Evo9 WRs on a mustang dyno. One of them was on an Evo 9, the other two on Evo 8's. One of the Evo 8's put down 440whp and 490wtq. This was on 100oct with other supporting mods. The Evo 9 put down 419whp and 450wtq, also with 100oct (and less mods).

Needless to say the powerband is awesome, and all that torque is fun to have.

evo9

The evo 9 had a HKS DLI, HKS MASS pipe, MBC, 264 HKS cam, Tune to 11.7 A/R on 100 octane, WR 9 turbo and FP actuator, HKS catback, cat-delete, downpipe,K&N dropin filter. This made 421 whp and 450lb/ft TQ on mustang dyno.
