I thought 280s only made any decent power with IX, I know some people are going to say it's not always about peak HP, but the power under curve, but $1,099 is a steep price for just some power under curve. I mean why are some companies releasing these products at such a premuim price when they are so unproven. I mean I know they plan on doing some tests for us, but who here honestly believes these cams will make 30whp, or even 20whp? I mean wow, $1,099 is a little high in my opinion, I mean you do want them to sell right? Nobody is paying $1,099 for some power under curve.

Not so high, if you read the post, they include a spring and Ti retainer kit.

I would think the bickering would have ended by now; it got old with the other vendor's offerings

Just let Oli post up results from Cosworth (They're not in the business of deceipt)

These cams will be top-notch, and while they are technically 272's, Cosworth is all about FLOW, so I'm expecting much better than average WHP gains (still wondering about idle, though). The price includes the springs and TI retainer kit, so that puts the cams at about $760 a set --- which is extremely reasonable for rally-bred products.

Give them some time to test a a couple of customer cars, and I'm sure we'll all see the light!

Thanks again to Oliver for great customer service, and detailed explanations!

The cams themselves are $650. RRE has installed a set and will be selling them as well.

can we put a deposit down for the cams already?
If we are not a current P2 customer but have been ECUtek can Works still do the tuning?
