StealthWORKS Mufflers.

For those EVO Enthusiasts where exhaust quietness is a strong consideration, the StealthWORKS muffler is your answer. We take the stock EVO muffler and modify it in-house to produce the most power with the littlest noise. We cut open the stock muffler, modify the internals for more direct, unobstructed flow, reweld with stainless steel wire, and repaint to the factory color. Viola, you have a muffler that looks stock, sounds almost stock, fits perfectly, and produces more power. The gains are not as impressive as with the Exhale AB (9HP vs. 12HP) but worth the sound reduction if you're not looking for extra attention. The Stealthworks muffler is 100% compatible with the stock Intermediate Pipe or either of our Exhale IPs. Complete with mounting hardware, new factory gasket, and simple installation instructions.

Here are some pictures!

Do you guys change the inlet pipe diameter also to match your intermediate pipe?

It's $199 with a core.

The inlet pipe is the same diameter.

Won't there be a neck-down when used w/ your intermediate pipe then?

We wish it was that easy but no, that is not correct. There is considerably more involved which includes internal welding.

When used with our Exhale IP, there will be a slight neck-down but many enthusiasts are using the Stealthworks with the stock IP which is the same dia.

Do you have a before & after dyno chart of the stock muffler vs. Stealth muffler?

I am in the market for a new exhaust, this might be the option as long as I can see some graphs showing the increase of hp.

Sound level is much more comparable to stock (only a hint of difference) than the AB/ARC. HP does jump by 9, but I'll check on getting a chart. These are on sale now as part of our October Exhaust Blowout!

Any luck finding this chart?

What cat was used while obtaining this 9 hp gain, stock or after market? If aftermarket, what size pipe diameter was used?

Thanks
