Fuse and Relay box picture (Help) Evo 8

Who has an Evo 8 out there that doesn't mind posting a picture of you fuse box with the cover off? I need to see the orientation of the relays. I believe the previous owner installed 2 of them up side down but could not confirm. This is the box in the hood compartment next to the battery.

Also I noticed the one fan relay chatters all the time is that normal? I am not sure what could be wrong.

Installing a fuse upside down isn't going to make any difference. The fuse does not go in any sort of orientation.

Are you sure I noticed there is an arrow on the relay. Most are pointing towards the engine but the two in question are pointing to the fender. I think they are in backwards but not sure.

noooooooooooooo i thought my car was the only one with this problem. my fan relay chatters too and my condensor fan doesnt turn on properly. like it struggles to turn on. but when i put the a/c on it runs fine and the relay is fine as well.... btw i changed that relay abt 4 times it burns out after few months...i wanna fix this damn problem but cant seem to figure it out...if any one can plz shed some light on this problem and help a fellow evo owner out.
