when to change timing belts

sorry for the noob question guys, but when do you know when to change your timing belts and other belts in your evo? im at 14k kms now with light mods only, i want to find out as a precautionary measure.

read the manual, it should be around 60,000 mile for the timing belt. FYI there is only 1.

Thats not entirely true...

When you change out your timing belt you should also change the balance shaft belts (now I forget if there more than one of those). Also, while your in there you should do the waterpump and all the tensioners and such. Your belt for your accessories (alternator and such) should be done every 30k per the manual but mine was good till about 45k, as long as its not cracking your good.

While doing this, you might as well do your 60k service on the car too; change tranny, transfer case, and rear diff oils. (Unless done previously)
