speedometer cluster

So I have the es model and want to change the bulbs behind to a different color like blue or bright white, what do I need to do, plus I was going to change all the bulbs in the dash for the climate controls to match

buy some bulbs, and find out an DIY video on YouTube to follow up. could not be that difficult.
