Project 2002 Lancer Es Evo

This is pretty much a tribute to my 3 year build on my car, im suppose to be looking into an evo next week. Here is the progress of my build from when I first got the car till now. I worked hard and spent alot on her and she has always held up no matter the issue. When I pay off the evo Im going to keep the VIN number and possibly buy her back and keep it as my daily again.

Completely Stock Car

After buying this car I watched The Fast and the Furious so many times and I was hooked on modding, but of course with no knowledge comes idiotic spending so I bought an air intake

Then I bought an exhaust a couple months after afterwards

I think it sounded pretty good

Then when you go to car meets you get called a ricer because of an annoying exhaust and when they look at your engine and see a CAI pipe there like where is the turbo...

So I decided to invest in a turbo, luckily the EVOM guys here gave me such a hard time I stopped asking questions ans started researching. Eventually in time on in late July as I recall she became one of the few turbo lancers in TEXAS

This video is when I just started learning how to tune and getting the car ready "spoiler came later"

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GJAJn5Gs3CM

Then after tuning I got her dynoed 230 hp 233 wtq

Then the wreck... I can't believe I got in a minor wreck... Luckily I know what im doing and it turned out to be the best thing that has ever happened

Death

Then I researched on a conversion that only a few lancers in the world have done and then she was reborn into one of the first Turbo Lancers with an Evo 8 front conversion "technically its a real evo without AWD same horsepower"

Rebirth

Love the conversion! But is it just me or does that front bumper not on right? Or just not bolted on all the way?

for the full front front end swap do you need a new Radiater support because of the lights?
