I know how to heel toe shift but I have never tried left foot braking, do you brake in the middle of the turn and do you brake while on the accelerator?

LFB is when you apply brake pressure when turning and accelerating at the sane time to shift weight of the car to the back and keeping your front wheels moving. It takes practice to teach your left foot the correct pressure. But when you get it right you can really feel the car pivot around turns. It reduces under steer by shifting the weight bias to the rear.

looks great - any updates ???

I had a red 03 that i used to AX. the way i saved the bumper from cone marks is i bought painters tape (2 inch) from home depot and put a few strips on each side. yeah it looked silly (blue tape on a red car), but it worked.

@Lil red '03 Thanks, and here are a couple updates:
Blacked out rear logo.

In the process of putting this bumper on.

ARTSY FARTSY SCHTUFF

I haven't been on the forums this past month because A LOT of stuff has happened to me. Got a part time job (finally). In the process of graduating high school. Going to extension classes at UCSD. And trying to organise my move to france for the fall (wich means I'm going to have to take care of this little beauty)

PS: To whom ever that is going to MOD (west coast) SEE YOU THERE!

More UPDATES:
I test fitted the bumper and it still needs a little work. Hopping I can get it done before MOD.

Also finally got my muffler delete. I only have four words to describe the sound:
My neighbors hate me!
I will try to find somewhere isolated to get a video of it. But here are some pics of it.

Driving on a mountain road and one corner had a little dirt and was downhill. I was already at an angle before the dirt so gravity just pulled me out of the corner. Was lucky the damage wasn't worse (rolling down the mountain).

I was driving on a mountain road and one corner had a little dirt (right on the exit of the corner) and it was downhill. I was already at an angle and at complete opposite lock before the corner exit so as soon as I hit that little patch of dirt gravity just pulled me out of the corner and I hit one of those little refelctor poles. Was lucky the damage wasn't worse (rear strut bar+ rear sway bar + stripped trunk and stiffer suspension will do that).

Hey I was thinking about buying those coil-overs, I was wondering if you could post a picture of your car on the side view with the coil-overs as low as they can go. I'm sure it would help out more than just me. Also what size rims/tires you are running. Let me know, Thanks!

I'm sorry but I'm not going to re align and retune my suspension just for one picture but I can for sure take a picture of how I'm sitting right now. I'm running the stock OZ's and 195/60R15 (will get wider and lower tires when these are gone).
