interior colors
ok i got a white RA and im thinking of getting my interior redone do you think i should get black with white inserts or white with black inserts. this is for the seats

From a graphic designer's point of view, I'd advise you to keep the white for accents. What I mean is pick black as the color that dominates and use white as a contrast to make the seats stand out.
The way I see it, since your car is white, you need a contrast for the interior styling... so going to mainly black seats should do the trick.

If i were to go dark metallic blue, and Get Megan Racing Blue racing seats ... any suggestions on the Interior for painting and reupholstry of the doors? I'm going with a Blue metallic/CF/white look
Here's the stuff i was speaking of.
Seat

the 2 paint colors i chose:
Duplicolor MIRAGE:
MP404- ICE paint
for part mixed with
MP400-Blue/green purple

any suggestions on how i should do this painting the dash?
And i want my rear seats reupholstered to match the seats i'm getting and not to mention the doors so it matches... should i paint the doors interior with Mp400 and use the fabric vinyl for the cloth part?
Lemme know what you think man.

Well, it's all so simple with desing really... If you've got a white car and wanna go with a blue interior, from the outside of the car the blue is the less obvious of the two colors... so it stands as you're accent color. Once inside, since blue is the main interior color, go fo the opposite accents and so on...
So whatever the color of the body is, make sure your accent color is the main interior color. Then, invert the pattern for the interior... and obey this golden rule of design: if you don't absolutely have to use a third color, then don't! And if you really have to use a third color, at least you can't go wrong with gray (= to silver) or black (= to gunmetal).
Okay, so you're telling yourself I didn't really answer your question... Well, if you're going to paint the car blue and get blue seats, that car is gonna need a nice accent color to counter for all the blue. White should come out really nice... but remember it stands out a lot! So the challenge won't be to pick the colors, but to use them wisely. Choose very carefully when it comes to the areas of the dash you want to paint. Too much of the dash and it will come out a bit on the loud side, too little surface/trim elements and the car will look a bit bland... The hardest desision will be what color you'll be choosing for the largest part of the dash, the whole piece on the top that can be easily seen from outside of the car. My advice (as silly as it may sound): once the car is painted, cover the dash in the whitest possible fabric and take a couple of steps back. You'll know right away...
Anyway, e-mail me with any questions (any one of you guys), I'll try to help as much as I can...
