how hard would it be to polish the headers? and I love how you painted the heatshield black...I was thinking of doing that but weather is a factor

Mine needs it, too. Maybe we can talk some of the Southerners into coming up here and either bringing the warm weather with them or taking some snow home. 5" of the stuff fell here last night, supposed to get another 12"+ tonight, and another 5"- 8" tomorrow morning. The roads were fairly clear this afternoon, so I went over to a friend's house to shoot a little pool.

The 10 miles home took me 30 minutes. It's coming down HARD, and blowing around pretty bad. There were drifts across the road that were level with my hood, and went up over my windshield when I hit them. They also coated my serpentine belt with snow, so my alternator would stop spinning for a minute or so, so my lights would dim, and I'd have to turn the blower and rear defroster off. Between the big drifts were smaller ones every 15 feet or so, it was almost like driving a boat into the waves.

I saw many cars, trucks, even 4x4 trucks in the ditch on the way home. Other than having to navigate by utility poles and signposts, I didn't have any problems. I love my car.

Hooray for s.

I hear ya, Mysz. Thursday I was doing a 7 hour drive to the UP (the upper part of Michigan that isn't a part of Michigan) and for half the drive I was dealing with 40mph crosswinds and tons of snow (both fresh and blowing into the road.) Got more snow last night and freezing rain right now. Can't wait to go run my errands in a bit.

I ran a snowblower from 7:30 this morning until 2:30 this afternoon. Cleared my driveway, the neighbor's, my best friend's, three of his neighbors', and his girlfriend's driveways.

Winter can end any time now.

Hey lanzerralliart, hows that zacklee corp engine dampner? I've been debating it for a while now, don't have any thing like that except for hardened mounts. do you have stock mounts w/jus the dampner? how's it work out for you?
