bogging problem
High Airflow is thru the MAF sensor. This should be handled thru the piggy or additinal clamp. However there are settings that need to be adjusted per vehicle. A baseline adjustment does occure at RRM... however altitude, barometric pressure, etc allow for the ecu to adjust certain levels. It may just be that your car needs to have a lower setting.
Discuss this with Rob and see what can be done. It may take direct contact with Split Second in order to correct this. Once that option is exhausted then it's time to consider your alternatives. Give that a shot before giving up.
Let Rob know that I suggested these things... in fact i'll pm him a link to this so he can read and respond as needed.
Hopefully we'll get this all taken care of... I know it's really frustrating but it is a "very rare" occurance obviously. So without having the car it's a little difficult. There are options left though... just give it a little longer and exhaust these options.

I just don't have the time for this, I only planned to be down for 3-4 days at most because I did clutch also.
My ride to work is going away and bus/taxi is not an option.
I apreciate the help Boe but we have exhausted all of those options my mechanic can't spend every minute of the day on my car I think he has given up....and he isn't very happy with RRM at all....which isn't helping.

I'd think he'd be fine with them... it's a used kit and they have been spending time trying to figure things out.
Have you tried to take pictures of the install. Just to see if anything is out of place? Also, have you tried adjusting the clamp a little lower?
In the end, I see your frustration and understand it. But having bad words toward RRM isn't going to help only compound the problem. It seems like they are trying to help as much as possible... many companies would have just dumped you off a long while back. You've gotta realize that...

tried clamping the MAF sensor instead? tried lowering boost and see if you can get it to run at all with positive pressure?
on a side note, at least Boe is giving us more information about the piggyback. nice to know at least one person seems to thing the piggyback needs to be adjusted for altitude and climate changes
kristopher: my understanding of the split second unit is that it does not clamp the MAF. and boe correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think it makes any adjustment at all to the MAF signal. it's set up as an AIC and can only add fuel through the fifth injector. I've not had to hook up the turbo version though, so I could be guessing
if you haven't tried clamping the MAF you haven't even come close to trying everything. that's the sensor that is going to be causing your code. set it no higher that 4.4 volts or so, the car should very rarely, if ever, see that much air NA.
there still remains the possibility that the maps are just plain wrong. I'm not sure if it would cause the code you have, but there is always a chance depending on how far off everything is
