k so here is the deal. because of canadas stupid law against the evo they are giving me a very very very hard time of trying to get my salvage evo over. it has been non stop bull **** for a month and ahalf now. so i put it in the auction and sold it. gave up on our border.

HOWEVER this is still a go just no 4g63 motor. the awd is still happening. picking up a outlander next month (03 5spd, awd 4g69) and will be converting. two methods we are gonna try...

1. use evo 8 5spd tranny with outlander awd parts. (evo has better gear ratio) minus the front drive shafts welding the front making rwd. its possible we are trying to see if it works the way we researched it to.
2. i will still have the outlander tranny so come winter swap in the outlander pop in front drive shaft then awd.

the car is getting rrm turbo kit. and from there building the engine up. with rrm port block, manifold, pistons, cams, everything they got to make up the power.

so the plan is 4g69 turbo awd winter and 4g69 turbo rwd summer

we have had tons of researching this and is going to come along nicely we hope. first up is rwd. cause if that works you already know awd will work!

if your unable to get the evo engine, how about swapping an eclipse gt v6 engine! it gets 210 hp and there must be crazy mods (correct me if im wrong), do you think it would fit?

hmm a turbo v6 on my Sportback Ralliart would be nice!

the turbo eclipse motor put out 210 so that would be a more practical option than a v6
