sorry

sorry for my inabilities to search better but after an hour of looking through ours and every other thread i couldnt find any solutions to sealing the dump pipe from the wastegate on my rrm turbo , im sick of the noise and exaust smell that comes from the dump pipe. i suppose i could have it welded but is there any other options to seal that off. im sure someone out there has or has been irritated by this same problem.

thanks ahead of time

yea I don't think a search will answer that one..
Try calling RRM maybe there's supposed to be a gasket or something?

A decent exhaust shop should be able to route the dump tube back into the exhaust. That would take care of both your complaints.

go to a custom exhaust shop and see what they can do for you. I am sure they can do something for you.

naw im a welder, i can do it,,its jsut i didnt want to weld it if there was a better way to seal it,, and for labrador its already routed into the exaust side and i beleive no gasket would go there anyways its supposed ot be a tight fit. and as most of rrms kits are custom im assuming and not from an assembly line, theres slight deviations and different fitments.
i guess ill jsut weld it.
