im talking about using just the turbo charger from that engine and building a kit around it. not the swap anymore, sorry for confusion

you dont want to use the t28 or whatever its called turbo from the 4g63, i have a friend who owns one and he blew it very quick. just use a 16g or a 18g from an evo.

This thread is a wealth of misinformation.

T28's never came on evos or dsms. 95-99 DSMs came with T25's and T28's were an upgrade. All Evos have always came with 16g's. Dsms and Evos both have 4g63's. Evo 1-3's have the same motor design as dsm's. Evos 4-9 Have the same setup as each other. No Evo motor will easily bolt into a Lancer RalliArt, unless you had a 4G motor to begin with. 2001 Galants accept Evo motors somewhat well. It would be alot easier, more cost effective and reliable to just get an Evo.

problem is im too upsidown on the ralliart to get and evo. its just not an option for me. id love to have an evo but wont happen for a loooong time. is a 4g69 not a 4g motor? lol.

I thought the 16g was last seen on the evo 7 then they switched?

and i was not talking about "bolting" the whole motor on, i was talking about the turbo it self...damn you dont know how to read.
