Awesome! Thank ya sir. I look forward to hearing more about the Auto reflash. If it gets finished then I am definitely in on the turbo.

The auto reflash hasn't progressed much in the last year or so... We started the project almost 2 years ago and honestly as of late it doesn't seem like Brent or Hackish have much drive to resolve the auto tune issue. I think their priorities are elsewhere as auto ralliart owners likely are not looking to turbo their vehicle. Sucks... if this keeps up I'm likely going to just scrap the whole reflash concept and stick with RRM's piggyback. Atleast the piggyback allows the car to run decently, even though its not very safe.

Whoa Blaire, easy simba, don't jump to conclusions too fast! I've got some recent information that may change your assumptions. Just wait till I get a response back and I'll let you all know. I'm seeing some light at the end of the tunnel!

Hehe, believe me I woudn't be jumping to conclusions. 2 years of work with my ecu and it took like a month or two to look at the differing code and actually reflash it with modified code/fuel maps to deal with boost. The rest of the time we spent trying to figure out the issue of the ecu not dealing with boost properly and no progress has really been made. Its rough as both parties have spent a good deal of funds just sending the ecu back via the mail never mind Mike/Brents effort/time placed into figure out whats wrong.

Its not their fault either. Its difficult doing something like this 2000 km's apart. I've got evoscan setup with a tactrix cable, but I cannot log AFR due to having an analog aem wideband (stupid...). I entered this project understanding that it would be possible that nothing might come out of it. The last time I talked to Brent/Mike, Mike's focus was on datalogging via the software rather than the auto reflash.

With that he will be better equipped to fix the auto flash. As you said with our logging AFR is very difficult. He is working on it.

Knowing this applies to MT guys only, does this mean Mike is focusing on the auto tune now (assuming the datalogging piece of the software is complete)?

I sent the info needed to become a vendor to turbokits.com s/n not the website.

So hopefully I don't hear it from the admin , because technically the s/n , the post, and the signature are against the forum rules without vendor status. So I'm putting my neck on the line turbokits.com ,so let's get the ball rolling on this

I don't think that I would boost my automatic; but there's no manual transmission sportbacks.

A manual swap would have to happen if I keep the car, hardly makes sense though.

Of course it makes sense. The world needs less automatics.
