Yeah, no manual 04 Sportbacks, at least in the North American market. They were only imported into the the USA for one year; I don't know if the one-year-only status of that car applies to Canada. If anyone here has the answer to that question, I would love to know.
I found a review of the 04 Sportback that said that Mitsubishi was planning to import manual transmission models in subsequent model years, after they established the market. We all know how that ended up.
The photo of the Evo wagon is just painful for me; I would love to have one of those (with left hand drive). Of course, they're JDM only, and it's almost impossible to import late-model non-domestic cars into the US.
Enough threadjacking; this is a discussion on the new turbo kit. Let's keep on track with that subject; it's the most exciting development for this car since I bought mine and joined this site!

buy a rolling shell or wrecked USDM evo, import working CT9W....swap front clip and VIN number, and register as USDM CT9A....it's been done to earlier model evo's using mirage VINs...
