What could this be?
i went for a rip in Brent's car when he had the SC installed, and it pulled hard without an intercooler. I can only imagine how this feels with a cooler charge.
I'm hoping my homemade setup will yield similar results...i should have some updates on my build in the coming days/weeks.

This kit drives very much like the one Hackish built. If you go easy with the throttle it drives very smooth but nail it and hold on it really goes.

The most asked question both here and club4g, has been about price...people wanting to know how much is this **** going to cost. well well well.
I can't say this is final, or official, and i'm not sure if i should be posting this, as again it's not official, but if anyone wants an idea of what they should be saving, or asking the bank for...i scammed the info from a reliable source that it should be in this ball park:
around 4k if 5 guys buy...
*Remember, this includes tuning, via your stock ECU*
There...I said it, could be higher could be lower, group buy deals may change, this seems to me to be a preliminary marketing strategy, and i hope no one gets pissed that i posted it, but there you go, save up 4 grand, and you get a very well built, hassle free kit, with proper fuel delivery and safe tuning, and no half assed fabricating, and no SES/CEL lights...

The kit I built was sent down to be copied and produced. It is effectively identical so it's a tried and tested design. The turbo is a proper fit coming on boost at the right time, not too early and not too late. It makes torque throughout the RPM range rather than running out of juice at the top and turning into an expensive air heater.
Cranswick I don't think you were supposed to post the pricing as it's not really final. The final numbers will be up to Jesse who will do the production if there is enough interest. Brent and I installed it and I believe Jesse is waiting for a few minor tweaks - fittings and oil return things that need revisions.
I plugged the map from Brent's original turbo kit in and driveability is good. He's now running it on 91 octane so I need to make some adjustments to the timing table. I suspect we will throw it on a Mustang dyno to get some repeatable and conservative horsepower numbers.
I haven't been around a lot lately since I'm working on a wide range of projects. 4G Eclipse, Mitsubishi automatic tranny code (Ralliart & Eclipse) and a host of other vehicles (not Mitsubishi).
If anyone is planning to go down to PRI in FL in December let Brent know as Brent and I will be going down for that. Sadly I don't think his Ralliart would be comfortable enough for such a long trip but with this kit I wouldn't be worried about going that far with it.

My bad Mike...the boys wanted to see numbers, i came across some and jumped the gun...
Sounds like this whole project is closing fast, which is great news for the community...And as far as driving to Florida in Brent's car, i think Brent would get the worst of it, for thin guys like you and I, the seats aren't too bad.

I am also interested in the kit. Although the funds arnt there now. Remember though, the main two reasons many never bought the rrm kit was 1. the cost, 2. the odd design of fuel delivery. The price would have to be reasonable for most to invest in.
I want!
I want!
still working on it . Just beating the crap out of the car, cant go to market with an untested product. So far no cel and o issues. When Hack and I get back from Florida Nov 29 to Dec 6 we will be talking to turbo-kits and getting it all together.
Yayyy, we are all waiting! Very Excited!

. I would love to be in on a group buy.
