I, too, spoke with a turbokits.com rep today and like stated above, the kit(s) for the 2.0 and 2.4 are finished, but the ECU is still being worked on by an "outsider" that will post it's availability when it's ready. He stated, "It's out of our hands now." Can anyone clarify who this "outsider" is, and how/where they will post this information? Is this "Hackish"? Sorry if I'm being redundant and/or naive.

Its is mostly likely Hackish but it's not solely on him. He has a group of testers making sure everything is working correctly and smoothly. They all have lives so getting in contact with each person to workout any kinks or just get opinions about the reflash can be time consuming.
Checkout club4g.org it's an eclipse forum they have the 4g69 option. Trust me I don't think there is anyone that wants this kit more public than Hackish , he's been working on everything for several years now.

What is being tested now is the flash and a few features that are critical for boosted applications. Not every car will react the same the manufacturer is always changing something so he has to be ready to make changes.
The turbo and supercharge flash has been ready for a while but would be very irresponsible to send to market is not tested properly.
I have the turbokits.com kit on my car and there has been a grand total of "0" issues with it. It was driven all winter and summer last year so those of you in the frozen lands need not to worry.
