anybody else brought the SS clutch line for their RA from roadrace?
I just got mine in the mail yesterday (damn UPS brokage!!) and it doesn't look like the one on their web site.. I don't want to start installing then finding out they send me the wrong part.
the one they have on the web site has two different ends and also has an extra piece that looks like a coupler
the one i got has the same end on both sides and i don't have any couplers..
anybody can confirm what is the right setup?
the evo ones also have a banjo bolt.. mine doesn't.. weird

I ordered mine last week along with the ECU. It does not come with a banjo bolt, but there should be a round end to accept the banjo. mine will be here soon. I'll keep you posted. you do the same
it bypasses a restrictor in the clutch master cylinder. With out this mod when you take you foot off of the clutch very fast, it actually engages much slower. resulting in poor take offs and premature clutch wear. This will eliminate the restrictor and allow the clutch engagement to be instantaneous. also the braided hose will give you a much more positive feel on the clutch as there is no flex in the hose.

How long is the line? Does it reach from the clutch distribution block (beside brake master cylinder) all the way to the front of the engine to the cluth master cylinder?
The reason I ask is I have the SS line from Thelancershop.com and it only replaces the stock rubber hose. I still need to bypass the resistor(as it is "in line" not in the clutch master cylinder). Notice no difference with the resistor still in place.

I know what RRM's line does, I just wanted to know if he installed it to get some product feedback.
I didn't know about lancershops though...can you use them together or is it a either or case? What would JUST replacing the rubber hose do? Same thing??

said to be some flex in the rubber hose. I can't notice any difference but I still have the resistor in place.
Should be able to use them together. I sure as hell am not paying $69 US + shipping for rrms though.
