So can the stock cat attach to the downpipe? Obviously its more restrictive than no cat, but can it just bolt back up.

No. The stock cat and stock downpipe are one piece (welded together).

Becaue of that, we developed the CEL eliminator that comes with every d.p. now!

IF antifoulers are long enough and blocked correctly they should work. We are making a specific one to sell separately. It is not ready yet.

does the downpipe have a plug in for the o2 sensor? if not what do you do with the o2 sensor?

Figured I'd use this thread to give an update. After about 15,000 miles driven with the RRM downpipe and the defouler fix, I finally got a CEL. It came on after some spirited driving. Quick trip to Autozone and they reset it for me. We'll see how long it goes this time.
