It runs, haven't had a chance to hit the dyno to see if everything else works. My bro hasn't had time to go.

i tried the karman setting and it idle for about 2 seconds before it died and i got a check engine light

on boelancer's diagram, it shows the ground wire on plug 5, last row, first pin.. but it's not listed on the wiring diagram in the sticky section..

Just use the wiring diagram in the sticky all the info is there. Use the M7-a diagram except for the air flow signal, use the map wire its like pin #101 or something. Do this and it will run.

I have been waiting for someone to get this going. It should make some pretty decent gains when someone finally gets it going and tuned.

Only the fuel curves will be adjustable with the SAFC, your timing won't change at all.

With the piggy, your fuel and timing changes, but you can't adjust anything.

What timming does the piggyback change? I thought all the piggyback did was change a/f ratio and didnt change the mivec kickin time

piggy adjusts timing due to the fuel maps and timing maps being based off the air flow signal. The SAFC will do the same but the adjustments will be slightly different since the units adjust in different ranges.

I don't think the SAFC adjusts ignition timing, only the fuel curves for a given air flow and engine rpm. The last car I had an SAFC on sure didn't.

The piggy doesn't change the Mivec point, just the fuel map and ignition timing.
