yeah it is getting there - Hey Ryan check out the new Perth Street Car magazine that is out this week and turn to page 120
also did not mention this but having driven the car for a few weeks I have noticed a big change in fuel consumption I am now getting 500klm per tank vs 420klm of conservative driving I think it is abvout 20% better economy and all that is just with the Extractors/Headers and K&N pod filter

I understand the tight budget thing I hate this time of year... are you getting David from RPW to sort you out with the cat back - would be a good idea for you to see him
Picked up the mag this morning! Can't believe they squished it all into one page, was hoping for lotsa pics. Was very cool though! Flying back to the mine for another fun 14 this afternoon, but will plan a visit to RPW on my next week off to have a chat about the exhaust!
Ciao
Ciao
I hear the exhaust met your expectations
For those interested photos are updated to our website on the progression of the turbo package. Not a huge photo range yet, but the car will be up and runnig in around 2 weeks time fuly finished wth the turbo project.

I finally get the cash together for some of this stuff, saving for ages... then its like, buying house... now its deposit money
So saving up again. Really like the sound of the K&N oval cone filter, and the exhaust. In Perth more now with a better work roster so I should get off my butt and swing by RPW, maybe even see a certain blue Lancer if its in

As has been written many times, dyno sheets on the headers have bene posted on the RPW Website for at lesat 5 months now. If you go to the link on the R&D project on the RPW website, you will find them there. In fact RPW headers were the first ones released on the market, the first and to my understanding, the only ones that have actually been back to back tested on a complete stock car, then with exhaust and hten wth headers with results from each stage.
Camshaft has not been tested yet because we have been waiting on he completion of the haltech piggy back ECU system to be completed so we can do a back to back test of tuned V untuned on the stage 1 camshaft.
The billets are available as of now and our turbo project, which if you look on the again RPW Development website link, was on the list of things to do
Facts and details were also available on the same website link.
A stage 1 turbo profile camshaft is also going to be tested in this R&D car with the turbo kit, a n/a stage 1 camshaft is now going to be tested in someone elses car.
This thread is more of a discussion thread about the results, and feedback on the modificaitons that have been done.
For those that do not know the link to this website page, click on the following.

I suggest before you start bashing someone again, maybe try reading through everything first?

Oh and for those waiting on the RPW/Haltech piggy back ecu, the software is being updated now to make it compatible iwth the Ralliart crank signal circuit. Once this is done which shouldn't be much longer, we will be testing a car straight away.
Best of all, Haltech has released a new Miniceptor which is hte same piggy back ecu, 1/2 the price at around $450.00 AUD$ in a steel non waterproof case instead of the sealed plastic casing. AT the end of hte day when placed in the car it don't matter.
So for around $350.00 US$ plus freight approx, you can have a piggy back ecu that iwll do ignition timing, fuel adjustments, run up to 3 auxiliary items like shift lights, water sprayers, duel mapping, alter mivec point, and also removal of speed limiting as well.
Sound like a bargain to anyone?
