Considering we are from australia, I think its a safe bet prices are in australian dollars.

The website is just taking soooo long and there is so much data to enter but like anything, i will keep updating it every day and eventually it will become complete

Actually it was a reasonable question. I've often seen companies from various countries use USD on their websites if they're trying to market internationally. Anyway, the Aussie dollar is worth less than ours - their header/downpipe for the ralliart converts to $CDN 610 and $US 545.

Agreed, especially since the price I was quoted on their rally spec shifter, which remains the same on their site was in US dollars according to what I was told initially.

I have amended the website with a new FAQ answer to this question as well as a new link to a currency converter program.

My response earlier was not mean't to be sarcastic - I supposed I should have put a smiley face after it so people realised I was joking.

Mitsiman, thanks for taking the time to address our questions. I have a really stupid question for you that may have been addressed already but I still wanted to some absolute clarification. Your new website says that your extractor package is built to suit 2005+ vehicles. I own a 2004. IIRC, there are some members sporting a 2004 that are already using your headers with no problems. I just wanted to hear it from you directly that A) this was compatible with my 2004, and if so B) that you consider update the new site to reflect that info. Thanks again for your time.

The system is 100% compatible with all model RA lancer vehicles.
The only thing that may vary is the direct fitment of the cat converter to the origonal flange point at the rear of the factory cat converter, where our system meets up to .

It may have to be modified but at this stage on the cars tested to date there has been no fitment issues, no need to modify any O2 sensor readings or stuff like that. Our system utilises the full factory o2 sensor reading setup so that we don't have tuning issues etc.

When you get your set (I assume you are the one who sent me an email as well and ordered a set of full ceramic coated header and flex pipe package) then let me know but it is unlikely.

I will update the website accordingly though next chance i get

Did you order a set too booze?? I ordered mine and it's hopefully shipping this week. It had to make a trip to the coater before it ships to me. I'll let you know if I have any fitment issues on my 04 but I don't think there will be any problems. I think a big reason that the site says 05+ is because they didn't get the Mivec Lancer in Australia until 2005.

I ordered mine coated with a high-flow cat and I'll be starting a new thread when I get it with before and after dyno results. I think I'll see pretty good numbers on it though.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to order mine yet but its near the very top of my "toys to buy this summer" list. If not the middle of this month, it'll be next month. I'll likely be ordering it with the rallyspec short shifter.

That was me who sent that email and ordered the fully coated system. Having taken a look at the pictures more closely, the second 02 bung is in the cat? The 04 model 02 bung is in the cat-back section so that will need to be plugged. I don't think this will be a bolt on for us 04 guys.

Hmm, are you sure? I could have sworn when I was looking at mine that bung was in the cat just like the pictures. I'll have to double check on that though. Anyway, even if it was in the cat back section, what would be the best way to plug this? Just give it to the exhaust shop and let them worry about it?

Positive I've installed RRM's downpipe, noticed that when I was under there.

Might be able to screw a plug in there? Otherwise they might be able to just weld it closed. I started thinking that maybe PRMIVEC might have installed this header downpipe on his 04 ? Maybe someone can PM him.... I have to get back to work

if you're taking out the stock exhaust, you wont have to plug anything, what you will have to do is figure out a way to get that O2 sensor to reach the cat.

Edit: oops misread that, i assumed the first bung was in the cat. please ignore me now

Yes on the O2 bungs, on the RPW system the first O2 bung is located at the merge point of the four header pipes just before it bolts up to the flex pipe. The 2nd O2 sensor is mounted on our systems on the cat converter at the exhaust system end.

This is the reason why RPW systems don't have CEL lights etc because we are using the same process as factory in relation to the location of our O2 sensor positions.

In our Australian cars our first O2 sensor is located in the header right near the cylinder head in front of the primary cat coverter - and the 2nd one is located in front of the 2nd cat converter after the first cat converter.

I hope that makes sense to everyone.
