250 w/out spray would be pretty impressive. If you made 215 befor the header you can probally come pretty close to 250 with it, I hope!

Well it seems that people are very happy with our test results already. Four headers leaving this week to customers in Canada and Ontario who have decided they can't wait any longer. Over the next few weeks there should be more people reporting there own results on the forums.

Remember our systems are now for sale and can either be ordered as a drop ship through accolades or you can get your details with Accolade when they do there bulk order.

Well, I know that Accolade was going to have a GB on these. It was going to be $450 without a cat and $570 with a high flow cat. I'm not sure if this is still going to happen or not.

What would the price on these be if we wanted to order them right now? Also, what color are you making them? Just curious because I'm not too into the bluish color that I've seen on them so far. It's no big deal if it is because I will just paint it but I'm just curious and I'm sure others are too.

The Bluish colour is just a rust protectant coat so if you are not wanting to waitfor it to fade or burn off then you can paint them in heat paint I think there is something out there that you can paint them in similar to the HPC

Just as a side note as I am not sure if I mentioned it or not but my fuel economy has changed were I was getting about 420klm to a tank I am now getting 500klm I know it is hard to convert to miles sorry about that but basicly it has improved by 20% and all that has been done to get this is the Headers and a K&N pod filter with the 21/2" exhaust.

Not sure if you guys are having a huge fuel hike like we are we are now paying $1.52 per lt (again sorry for not knowing the converssion rates)

1.52 au. dolar = 1.15 us dolar

Still a lot for just a Liter of gas....but the cost on Europe (England, Italy, Germany or France) is much worse...by a lot!!!!

...any more news about new mods testing for the 2.4 Mivec from RPW Australia?

Not yet we are still waiting on a few bits and pieces to come back from being manufactured - They (RPW) had a heap of stuff prototyped and that had to be sent away to get fully manufactured so at the moment I am driving around in my MIVEC which is pretty cool I am having so much fun in it - I know your not supposed to say anything that indicates streett racing but I must admit I do look for a car and think "yeah I could beat you "

Around were I live we have some very long steep hills and the car just flies up them no problems at all - I know RPW did not do a dyno read out on these new bigger diameter Headers but I can feel a much bigger difference between the smaller ones compared to the larger ones especially in the upper RPM around 4000rpms

I can't wait to see you guys start fitting these up to your cars I know you will love them as much as I do

Sorry I haven't been on the boards for almost a month but, are you getting the improved fuel economy with the large tube or "small" tube headers? It is great news that RPW is finally shipping some headers out. As soon as I can scrape some pennies up off the parking lot I'll look into buying .

I currently have the larger ones on which is giving me the better fuel economy....

I did not have the smaller ones on long enough to be able to make that assesment as they were only on for about 2 days but there was a slight difference I think I got an extra 30klm per tank - but please don't hold me to that one as I am not 100% certain.. sorry

38 litres of premium cost me around $55 last night. After living in Venezuela in the mid to late nineties, petrol anywhere felt expensive- you could fill the tank of a Chevy Tahoe (like a Holden/Chevy Suburban just wee bit shorter) for around $5 US. Despite all the corruption the one thing that government did for its people was not over charge on petrol, being in the top 5 of the worlds producers they weren't short on the stuff.
