who doesnt get goosebumps when the firts thing they guy says is that im am not responsible of the ecu gets damaged DURING the process of the reflash....

so IF the event of a ecu failing during the reflash... wtf are you going to do....?

not that is not a good mod but is something you should take an deep look before having to spend $ on a new one...

You should just start with a simple dyno run to see the A/F ($20-30). Then if you're map is running lean you should go for the tunning ($150+). We saved the map we did yesterday so if you need help we can give you ours and you can start from there.

Deathsythe.. Improved mid range thats good..! I never told you it was easy. Welcome to the piggy club. Just to be curious what were the lower values the RRM program had.? And what was the lower value you applied..? Any doubts let me know..! Remember to learn to play with it as you can use it for turbo.

A new ECU $2500 ? or more? Still wouldn't do it though. I've heard of people losing the entire reflash when thier laptop goes out half way through. Even people who turn the ignition off half way through because they couldn't stand the beeps because the door was open The piggyback is at least fool proof you can always reconnect the MAS wire (like I have right now)

Moving back to your latest dyno runs, congrats on the gains man! I personally think you defineately got your money's worth as far as the tune goes, AND you're now running safely. Thanks for sharing man.

The lowest i saw in the piggy tune from RRM was 8.9, dont remember the exact part though. And the turbo was already in my mind

BTW my mods are on the first page.
Hmmm..Interesting! I dynoed my RA Sportback there and got 136.5WHP / 134.7TRQ...if that holds true I should have around 143-146WHP!

Good numbers by the way death!

Yeah, i dont know how accurate what Luis told me was , but he is the owner so I'll believe him. You can call him up if you have any concerns or questions with your dyno. And i did say NEARLY 170whp , not 170+.

Who is talking about +170whp?

I have no problems with Luis and his Dyno: I dynoed it when Pr_Mivec was testing the RPW header some time ago. But someday I will visit another dyno just for the kicks! It is also true that all dynos are not the same...some give more...some give less. The important issue is to use the same dyno every time so you can track the evolution of the car (whp) mod after mod.
