Ordering RRM Stage 3 Clutch..

Well I completely broke down like a jackass on new years eve cuz my clutch was toast and I kept driving it.I know i'm a jackass!! It is to the point where it won't move in any gear at all so I called RRM and they don't have the stage 1 in stock so I'm ordering the Stage 3 on my stock RA..is that gonna work out?
Thanks,

haha hmmm, well I like it manly just not too rough thats the problem. As long as it will be drivable and not a hassle to drive then I feel fine putting it in so it's not a big deal? I plan on putting in a couple upgrades by summer so that might help 2.

a stage three clutch is going to take some finesse to make a daily driver. some would call it hassle and some would call it compromise.

It's easy to quickly shop around. First, go to the manufacturer websites (Clutchmasters, ACT, etc) and collect part numbers. Then go around the assorted parts resellers online/ebay and get quotes. If they don't have the part on their site, but sell other things by the same brand, e-mail them. One of our vendors, www.maperformance.com, usually has great prices on stuff like this and can get just about anything.

I have found that the stage 3 is harsh on the input shaft and also wears out the synchros faster. That is why you get that harsh engagement. The chatter is normal for racing clutches.
