Code P1020 Help

I know this means a mivec performance problem can anyone els elaborait on that i know my car is running funny almost like the A/F is going up and down

the oil sensor on the the block is unpluged and a sender for a oil pressure guage is there.

Relocate the gauge sender and plug your oil sensor back in?

The ECU is looking for proper operation of the oil pressure sensor.

yeah, what myszkewicz said is right. Either oil control valve, engine oil pressure switch failed, or something happened to the wire/harness going from them or to the ecu.

Having the block oil pressure sensor disconnected won't do anything since all it does is trigger the idiot light. Mine hasn't been connected for about 2 years.

The problem would either be the valve (gold colored round thing on the side of the head) or the second oil pressure sensor next to it. It's probably the valve.
