The evo has a turbo manifold so no, it won't work on our n/a lancers
As for the TB size I could have sworn the TB was 62mm, I've seen people post the measurement as 62mm as well. But if you measured it at 60mm then I'll take your word for it haha (haven't measured it myself, I probably will for kicks when I get to it) Although rpw says the 4G69 2.4 mivec stock throttle body is 55mm so... wtf haha
