regarding the timing mark, im pretty sure the RRM pulley has a little hole drilled into it that will fit onto the crank. the OEM pulley had something similar... its been a while since i replaced it now, memory is fading.

Yeah, I saw the small hole between 2 of the bolt holes, so there is really no need to make a mark on anything?Or am I mistaken?

I don't really see how it makes a difference on timing as that's what the timing belt is for...

Timing is marked on the crankshaft's timing gear so it really doesn't matter whether or not it's marked on the UDP. If for some reason you need to know where TDC is with the UDP on the car (such as when adjusting valves), put the keyhole at 3 o'clock.

Really, all you need to know is right here Pulley installation

My one bit of advice for you is to set aside a good hour and make sure not to rush. BEFORE you take anything off, open the hood and review the mechanics of the belt side of the engine. Look at the belt and how it is on. Feel around so you know what you are dealing with. It's not necessary to take the wheel off, but I'd suggest to pull the wheel off and really look how it is all set up prior to removing anything. This will help you get acquainted with that side of the engine and what you are going to be tackling.

I'd also suggest to buy a subscription to AllDataDiy for the R\A. It's worth it's weight in gold.

have fun and enjoy the rewards.

I've read pretty much every thread about Underdrive pulleys the other day for about 5 hours, but the only thing that was concerning me was accidentally rotating the crank out of proper timing.

So if the crankshaft spins at all when removing bolts or anything it doesn't matter? Sorry for all the questions, I just like to be thorough.

It actually does matter. Turning the crankshaft clockwise is fine, turning it counterclockwise is not. Turning it counterclockwise risks compressing the timing tensioner and ultimately causing the timing to skip a tooth.
