Try unplugging the APPS Sensor and plugging it back in. Do this while the car is off. This has helped me temporally fix my TPS problem before I replaced the sensor.
The APPS sensor is right behind the passenger side head light, and your throttle cable is attached to it.

TPS is inside your throttle body. but that code is infact the APPS behind the headlight.
But make sure your battery terminals are good and tight, i had a APPS code after i hit a slight bump in the road, lol, went into limp mode at 120km/h.

I found the sensor disconnected it qnd the battery and cleaned the sensor and still in limp mode. thinking the sensor is toast. time to put her in the garage and tear her down and do some mods since the timing belt is due.
Unplug the ecu from under the dash all 5 connectors and plug back in after 30secs that should clear the codes. If it goes back into limp then the sensor has crapped the bed.
