Got any more pics of the whole car?

And are you 100% sure that those little breather air filters aren't causing the stalls?

I put them on after, since I have placed them on and changed the plugs I have not had a problem

yeah but you're not monitoring AFR, they could be way out of whack....how did you block off the other end on the intake manifold and the intake? proper crank case ventillation is very important...the filter on the right side of the valve cover is ok, but i would reinstall the PCV from the valve cover to the intake manifold...also you're venting to atmosphere post-MAF...that will be a huge problem as well.

did you scan the DTC's yet?

It had two holes that ran down beside the BOV on the intake that were running hoses to the manifold, I simply placed the hose from one to the other since they are a half inch apart. I know monitoring my A/F ratio is important and if I had the money I would have a meter for it but I don't. I have a feeling the reason I was running rich was the plugs sometimes not firing.

uhm...if you're misfiring, then that probably why it stalls out...what plugs are you using, and what's your gap?

oh and the misfire could possibly be due to fouled plugs, which is caused by running too rich, not the other way around...

did the car come turbocharged, or did you do that? monitoring AFR is the single most important thing to do with a turbo conversion...i got an AEM UEGO wideband used for $80...

The plugs were the main problem, they have been replaced with iridium plugs gapped at .425-.435 I used a gap gauge and a micrometer to measure it. Then while running I was monitoring the fuel timing as well as back pressure through the ECU that I have and everything is all optimal, so it was just 100000 mile plugs that were supposted to be changed when the kit was put on and were not.

is that in mm? if that's in mm, then that's .017" which is too small, if you meant 0.0425" then that's way too big...

if it's running super rich, there's something wrong with the tune, and it's fouling the plugs...you should not need to run .017" gap, that's more like a valve lash, lol
