Question Grinding Gears

Does anyone else have problems with their gears grinding going from 1st to 2nd? Seems to be worst when I first start the car and at low rpm's. Double clutching gets rid of it but i don't want to do that everytime It's kinda rough in some of the other gears too. Any suggestions?

This may sound stupid, but make sure you're mashing the clutch all the way to the floor. For some reason, the 1-2 shifts on these cars are fickle like that. If that doesn't fix it, make the dealership check it out, may be a synchro issue.

I think i'm going to have a tech at the dealer take a ride to see what he thinks because i've tried a lot of different things, especially like you said otter, makin sure the clutch is all the way down, and it's still grinding.
