^yes, but prob cheaper to sell it and get one that is already manual

process will be roughly changing out the transmissions(obviosly), center console and ecu, doesnt sound to hard but alot of labor and time will be needed

Thank you, lol, that's what my friends are telling me.

Another question, what's the difference between a Magnaflow catback and a flowmaster? Which is better for the '04 Ralliart?

new RalliArt owner

I just bought a 2004 RalliArt last week (Feb. 12) and I have to say that I am in love. It's my second car, my parents got me a 1990 BMW 7.35i when I was 17 and I had it for two years. You can see why I'm excited lol. I've read word for word on this noob thread and I wanna thank everyone who's taken the time to put in their knowledge. Like a lot of people who read this thread, I don't know much about the inside and out of cars but I've learned a lot. I wanna keep this car true RalliArt, problem is I'm having a real tough time finding interior parts for it. I'm looking to get things like RalliArt floor mats (mine didn't come with any floor mats at all ), things of that nature to start off with before I get to exterior upgrades. Anyone know of any good sites with that kind of stuff? Thanks

This site is your best bet for OEM ralliart stuff. Just keep checking the for sale lancer threads. GL!

Thanks guys. I had looked on eBay before and didn't have much luck but after searching again, I did find some decent stuff to help me out. And gotta say, when I get my taxes back, that Magnaflow Catback Exhaust on RRM is looking like me. I do have a question though, someone I work with said I should get a CAI before an exhaust? Any validity to that?

They go somewhat hand in hand, but as far as which you're going to notice more, it'll likely be the CAI.

Otter is right, as usual. I noticed the most gains from my CAI on mine. Also sounds cool . I had their magnaflow axleback, I don't think they have it any more. It sounded great but I definitely noticed more out of the CAI. Consider their piggyback as well. All 3 kinda go together.
